What’s the difference between FF&E and OS&E?

FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) covers long-life furnishing items such as furniture, lighting and permanently installed equipment. OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) refers to operational consumables and equipment such as bed linen, cleaning supplies or kitchen utensils. We procure both — integrated into one commercial process.

Do you only work with hotels, or with other operations too?
