Operational requests such as eSIM activations, data top-ups or plan changes are usually handled within a few hours – and immediately in urgent cases. You contact your fixed point of contact, and we take care of the change with the network operator.
We work exclusively with the main operators – Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone – and occasionally with further vetted operators where network quality at a site requires it. As a rule we do not use third-party resellers with unclear service quality.
First we record all existing contracts, numbers and devices across every site. We then check contract terms and notice periods, coordinate number porting and take over rate management. Your day-to-day operation is not interrupted.
You receive a monthly Power BI report at SIM, user and site level – including usage, cost per connection, under and over-use, and recommendations for plan adjustments. On request we add cost-centre allocation to the reports.
You report the need through your point of contact, and we supply a selection of vetted devices at negotiated terms. After your approval we handle ordering, delivery to each site, setup, and replacement handling with the manufacturer if a device is faulty.
Yes. For new sites we handle the availability check for fixed-line and mobile, coordinate installation and connection dates, and set up the mobile equipment for your team in good time. For site moves we organise number porting and the transfer of connections.
