We maintain an actively managed database of pre-qualified suppliers, compare quotes on price and performance, monitor delivery dates and compliance, and manage contracts and order agreements – fully and documented.
The integration options depend on your existing IT infrastructure. We clarify technical feasibility together with your IT department and our system specialists at the start of the project.
A claim arises when delivered goods are damaged, don’t match the specification, the delivery is incomplete or late, or installation quality is not acceptable. In these cases we take up the report, inform the supplier, document the process with photos and delivery records, and track the case to full resolution – replacement, repair or credit note.
Our geographic focus is Germany and the European Union. Other markets are possible on request, depending on project category and scope.
