Terminal setup & POS integration

We work with the leading acquirers in the German market – depending on your sector mix, transaction volume and card mix we select the right partner. As a rule we do not use providers with unclear service quality or non-transparent terms.
In person: all common debit and credit cards, contactless payment, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Online: credit cards, SEPA Direct Debit, wallets, Klarna and other locally relevant methods. We agree the right mix with you per site and per channel.
We record contracts, terms and conditions per site, check notice periods and schedule the switch so that your payment flow is not interrupted. Existing terminals are reused where it makes sense; otherwise we swap them out in a controlled way.
With infrastructure available, typically within 5 to 10 working days – from confirming terms to the first live transaction. For new openings we time the rollout to the soft opening.
A monthly Power BI report at terminal, site and card level – including merchant-fee trend, service fees, card mix and comparison to previous months. On request we add cost-centre allocation and channel-specific analysis.
Every solution is PCI DSS compliant, supports 3-D Secure 2 and tokenises card data so that no sensitive information sits on your systems. The compliance burden stays with the acquirers and us – not with you.
You report the failure to your fixed point of contact. Depending on urgency we coordinate a replacement device or on-site service with the terminal manufacturer. For critical sites we can set up standby devices on request, ready to use immediately in an emergency.
