Pro-Cure Solutions was founded in 2019, when a large hotel group was looking for a procurement partner that could cover every product category – from daily operational purchasing across F&B and non-food through to complete renovation projects. Everything under one roof, with a single point of contact. That partner did not exist – so we built it.

Today we support hotel groups, restaurant chains, office operators, senior care facilities and other large buyers across Germany and beyond. By pooling our clients’ purchasing volumes, we negotiate large-buyer pricing with vetted suppliers – and pass those advantages directly on to every single client. Throughout, we support you personally and as an equal partner.

With many years of experience in the hospitality industry, he leads strategic and operational procurement at the interface of hotels, suppliers and service partners.

He combines deep industry knowledge with professional relationship management, a strong network and a commitment to building reliable, long-term partnerships. His focus is on efficient procurement structures, commercial value and service quality. He previously held several senior roles in hospitality and purchasing.

Together with his team, he is responsible for the culinary offering of renowned hotel and gastronomy partners. The focus is on operational quality, contemporary concept

development and sustainable value creation across the entire F&B chain. He previously held leadership roles in hospitality and event management – with particular attention to quality, cost-efficiency and high guest satisfaction.


Deborah Bertram

With her team, she is responsible for the central procurement of non-food and indirect requirements – from operational needs through to complex project and service

scopes. Her focus is on clear procurement processes, robust supplier and contract structures, and transparent decision-making for cost-effective, reliable delivery.

With his team, he manages the vehicle fleets of well-known corporate groups, totalling around 1,000 vehicles. His focus is on strategic vehicle procurement and modern

mobility standards. He previously held senior management roles at Sixt Leasing SE and autohaus24 GmbH.


Alexander Levinsky

With his team and a network built across Europe, he is responsible for sourcing and managing complex construction, renovation and FF&E projects in the hospitality sector.

His focus is on sustainable supplier partnerships, commercially optimised solutions and the highest quality standards. He brings over 15 years of experience in international project delivery, from concept to completion.


Inna Tokaryeva

Manager of Digitalization and Analytics

Digitalization and Analytics

Together with her team, she is responsible for the strategic development of the company-wide data, analytics, and BI landscape. Her focus is on optimizing data-

driven structures and digital processes to increase efficiency and support well-informed decision-making across the entire organization. Her background in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Banking, complemented by her IHK certification as an IT Specialist in Data and Process Analysis, form the foundation of her analytical mindset and structured approach to work.
